Timbercombe Lodge
Nestled in the Quantock Hills, Somerset, Timbercombe Lodge is a hidden gem. Surrounded by woodland and rolling hills, it offers immediate access to countless walks, many beginning right from the doorstep and leading to breath-taking views.
The garden is peaceful and full of life. Expect to wake to the cheerful bird chorus and drift off to sleep to the distant call of owls. After a day of exploring, the hot tub under a sheltered gazebo, is the perfect place to unwind in comfort, whatever the weather.
Many beaches, National Trust properties, and family attractions are all within a 30-minute drive. The lodge sleeps four, with two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, and a dining room.
“This was without a doubt our most favourite places we have ever stayed. Everything was just perfect. So peaceful and quiet, we had everything we needed. Lovely walks and great for dogs. The garden area is completely secure therefore our little Whippet was able to roam around without us worrying. The WiFi was brilliant, the bed was comfy, the shower was lovely and the kitchen was very well equipped and we had everything we needed. We cooked every evening with ease.
